Recent studies have indicated that visceral fat may be linked to a decrease in children’s cognitive performance. In order to prevent this, here are some exercises that may help kids to reduce abdominal fat and improve their grades:

Heel Touch
Leg Lifts
Reach Trough

Reverse Crunches
Walk Downs
Jumping Jacks
High Knee Chops
